Gratitude training can be one of the most powerful paths to greater well-being. It can be a true heart-opener, and studies show that practicing gratitude can boost our energy, increase positive emotions, make us more open-minded, and even improve our sleep, among other benefits.
​
One way to cultivate gratitude is through mindfulness, focusing on what we already have and what’s working in our lives, rather than giving in to the brain’s tendency toward negativity. Often, we focus on what isn’t working or what we feel we’re lacking. Unfortunately, it’s often only when we lose something or someone that we realize how significant it really was.
​
That said, practicing gratitude can be challenging when we’re caught up in our thoughts and emotions, and gratitude should never be forced. In this group, we will also explore how to approach ourselves with kindness when gratitude feels out of reach.

Practical Information
We meet four times, meditate together, and practice gratitude. The idea is that, from session to session, we gradually practice gratitude. Each time, you will receive new exercises to work on at home.

How does it work?
Each time, I will give a inspirational talk about gratitude, guide a meditation, and we will share our experiences together. And you will get meditations and exercises to practice until we meet again.
